Green Compost in Agriculture for Development (GCAD) successfully carried out a large-scale compost sieving exercise over the weekend as part of its ongoing commitment to producing high-quality organic compost fertilizer for farmers across Sierra Leone.
The sieving process is an important stage in compost production, ensuring that the final product is fine, nutrient-rich, and ready for packaging and distribution. This quality assurance process helps provide farmers with premium organic compost that improves soil health, enhances crop productivity, and supports sustainable agricultural practices.
