Founded to address environmental pollution, poor waste management, and declining soil fertility, GCAD promotes innovative circular economy practices that convert waste into value while creating economic opportunities for young people and women.

Our programs focus on organic compost production, sustainable farming techniques, agricultural training, environmental awareness campaigns, waste recycling, and youth employment initiatives that contribute to food security and environmental sustainability across Sierra Leone.
