Green Compost in Agriculture for Development (GCAD), in collaboration with the Women Awareness Advocacy Network (WAAN), successfully hosted the Inter-School Championship Quiz and Debate Competition on 27 June at the Holy Trinity Hall in Kenema.
The event brought together students, educators, and community stakeholders in a shared commitment to promoting an equitable and enabling environment for women, combating domestic violence, and protecting the girl child’s right to education.
Throughout the competition, students from participating schools showcased their knowledge, critical thinking, and public speaking skills while engaging in meaningful discussions on equality, education, and social responsibility. The championship provided a platform for young people to confidently express their ideas and advocate for positive change within their communities.
GCAD congratulates all the participating schools, students, teachers, and organizers whose dedication and enthusiasm contributed to the success of this impactful event.
